Conférence co-organisée par l’Institut d’études internationales de Montréal (IEIM) et l’Institut montréalais d’études sur le génocide et les droits de la personne (MIGS) de l’Université Concordia. La conférence abordera les défis auxquels font face les acteurs étatiques à l’ère de la diplomatie numérique. Trois consuls généraux de Montréal seront présents : Mme Nina Fite des États-Unis, M. Ziv Nevo Kulman d’Israël ainsi que M. Walter Leuchs d’Allemagne.
