Francesca Astengo has a degree in Political Science from the University of Genoa and a PhD in constitutional law from the University of Bologna. She completed her postdoctoral studies at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis and at the Centre d’études internationales de l’Université de Montréal, and was a fellow researcher at the McGill Institute for Canadian Studies. A graduate of the College of Europe in Bruges, she has taught Comparative European Politics and EU Politics at McGill University and Concordia University in Montreal. She is currently working at the University of Nice- Sophia Antipolis.
