In collaboration with the McGill Center for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism, the Oppenheimer Chair is pleased to welcome Dr. Farida Shaheed, United Nations Special Rapporteur on Cultural Rights, at the Faculty of Law. Dr. Shaheed will reflect on her six years as Special Rapporteur on Cultural Rights, her report to the United Nations council, and her vision for the future of cultural rights, policies, protections, and projects.
A reception will follow the conference.
